Sorry for not posting about this sooner (*kicks self*). For anyone who doesn't keep an eye on the Rebel Act forums, Juan has announced that the level editor for Severance\Blade will be released very soon. It is being prepared for release whilst Rebel Act simultaneously develop the first patch for the game, which should also see the light of day very soon.
They are currently translating the remaining spanish text in the editor and modifying it so it can be used with just one monitor rather than requiring two(!), but expect it any day now.
