Gamecenter has popped up a new preview of Blade of Darkness (BoD). The preview is as positive as all the others we've seen lately of the latest preview build, so it looks good for Severance, Blade of Darkness. It'll be exciting to see the reviews popping up when people start recieving the review copies :)
Enough chit-chat. The preview comes along with 7 new screens. And if that isn't enough to get you going, here's a snippet: When you think of medieval architecture, visions of lots of stone and wood immediately come to mind. And let's face it--gray and brown do have a certain charm, but we've got monitors that can do millions of colors, and gamers have come to expect a bit more than just two. From what we've seen of it thus far, Blade of Darkness's 3D engine is nothing short of stunning, and Rebel Act's artists have been working overtime to bring the world to life. Outdoor temples and courtyards, stone fortifications, dank dungeon tunnels, and streams that run placidly through canyons have never looked this real. The detail work on some of the architecture we saw was intricate and compelling. |
